WE ARE A.PEACH: We design romantic and feminine styles. A.PEACH is more than a wholesale manufacturer. We are a fashion brand of our own.
All of our styles are thoughtfully designed with quality in mind--from choosing the silhouette cuts, lengths, fabrics, materials, shade of colors, texture, inner lining, fit, ornamentations, fastenings, and many more! A.PEACH prides itself in considering all skin tones when choosing colors and only dye our materials and fabrics in the shade that best suits the many variations. With every upcoming season, we try to showcase a story through the use of colors, prints, and textures. All of our A.PEACH samples go through many processes from concept, adjustments, and approvals before it is finalized or “makes the cut.”
A.PEACH designs months and season in advance. We take pride in all of our styles and produce one of the leading designs. Our styles continuously revolve, so take advantage of our preorders and available inventory while it lasts! Keep your retail store is stocked with exclusive designs. Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
To receive a return authorization (RA) request, submit a claim within 7 business days to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags still attached. Return labels are only issued for damages.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 business days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
