We have a NO RETURN policy being that we are made to order. If you have a defective items please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy
**Made to order** We are 100% made to order. Due to **COVID** we are experiencing longer shipping times for US to receive inventory for your order as well as some out of stock issues. We are extending our production turn around time to ***10 business days***.
We will still try our best to hit our normal 7 business day turn around time. PLEASE ORDER ACCORDINGLY WITH ENOUGH TIME. IF YOU CANNOT WAIT THE TURN AROUND TIME WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH US.
**Due to the ongoing delivery issues with the USPS as of 8/21 we will be shipping all orders via UPS OTHER than single order mugs. Smaller order may see a shipping increase due to this but we cannot continue shipping USPS as our customers are experiencing major delays in receiving shipments from us**
**Please do not request shipping dates as this slows production down especially during the busy season. You can count the business days after you place an order to figure out your shipping date. We rarely ship later than our turn around time.
**ANY ORDERS WITH MUGS** Mugs/cups must be shipped in special boxing and therefore are shipped separate. They will most times ships out before the rest of your order as they are completed quicker. We will update your order with all tracking numbers
