Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

All claims for damages, shortages or incorrect items must be emailed to info@perseption.com within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Please include the following: Invoice Number, Style Number, Quantity, Color, Reason for Return or Exchange and Customer Contact Information. Damaged or incorrect items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by a Perseption representative. Any items sent without a valid RA number will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. All returns must be shipped to Perseption within 3 business days of receipt of the RA number.
Goods are sold with the understanding that Perseption will furnish a reasonable replacement for any defective merchandise, but we do not accept, nor admit, any liability of any kind. Any returns or exchanges must be approved, in writing, by Perseption. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided store credit will be issued. Payment is due per the terms listed on the invoice.
There are NO refunds. Exchanges or store credit are offered for damaged and/or incorrect items ONLY. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
Customer assumes all return shipping charges.
All SALE and CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE.

Welcome to CLEO & KAI. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.

3. International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international locations. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. Additional customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

7. Changes to Shipping Policy:

We reserve the right to make changes to this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be modified up to 3 business days after order placement. We are not able to accept any modifications or cancellations after 3 business days of the order placement. Any orders with a request to ship within 5 business days of the order placement do NOT qualify for modification or cancellation. Requests for modifications or cancellations must be emailed to info@perseption.com. It is the customers responsibility to follow-up with Perseption if you have not received a cancellation confirmation within 2 business days of sending the request.
