In 2015, Shes Got Leggz began its operations at a dining room table over a couple glasses of wine and a desire to earn some extra income for kids sports and vacations.

Donna, our CEO, found Shes Got Leggz as a customer, then as a Stylist, and fell in love with the story, the mission and the product so much she bought the company!

She's Got Leggz, powered by a force of women, continues to focus on building out the brand of well loved leisure wear and help bring the leggings love to every community around the world. We pride ourselves on our attention to size inclusivity with offering sizing from SM - 3X. We love being recognized as having some of the softest leggings & comfort wear around, you just have to touch them to fall in love!.

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges will be added after order is placed based on courier chosen by you. We ship via UPS or FEDEX. All duty and taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer, not the Seller. See SHIPPING POLICY below for more details on shipping timelines.

RETURN POLICY:
Once your order is placed the order is considered final. If you have any questions please be sure to email us BEFORE you place your order at wholesale@shesgotleggz.ca.

All claims of defective merchandise must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please email us at wholesale@shesgotleggz.ca for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company and the RA number is required to be included. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 50% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Processing Time: All orders placed through the She's Got Leggz wholesale platform are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: She's Got Leggz ships wholesale orders internationally, excluding Canada. Shipping charges for wholesale orders will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

International Orders: Estimated delivery within 5-14 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Order Confirmation and Shipment Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.

4. Shipping Destinations: She's Got Leggz ships wholesale orders internationally, excluding Canada. Certain products or restrictions may apply for some international destinations. Any additional charges, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Upon shipment, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email provided during the order process. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Carriers: Our primary shipping carriers include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other international carriers, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

7. Shipment Delays: She's Got Leggz is not liable for any shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to assist in these situations and provide relevant tracking information.

8. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable, the customer will be contacted to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense. Unclaimed or refused packages will not be eligible for refunds.

9. Shipping Inquiries: For any shipping-related inquiries, including lost or damaged packages, please contact our support team at wholesale@shesgotleggz.ca.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Please contact us by sending a message and email to wholesale@shesgotleggz.ca. Cancellations require written authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the cancelled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
