She was moved to give him (and other little ones like him!) the same well-loved style she comes back to every season; timeless silhouettes that are sustainable, ethically sourced, and consciously crafted by grown-ups in the USA.

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us please contact us by email at help@bepositionless.com or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 50% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.?

SIZE UPDATES:
If you need a different size or item, you must reach out to us within 2 hours of purchasing in order for us to make the update to your order. In our effort to remain sustainably conscious and not produce waste, we purchase in smaller quantities and may not have inventory for an item or size you wish to update. In this case, we will issue a refund.

REFUNDS:
In the event a damaged or wrong item is shipped, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if and when the refund is approved. If approved, youll be automatically refunded to the original payment method and youll receive an email confirmation of said refund. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

LOST ORDERS OR ORDERS STILL IN-TRANSIT:
If your order has shipped but you haven't received it within the quoted shipping timeframe stated at checkout, please allow for 3-5 days after quoted due to holiday delays or supply chain issues. Once orders have left our fulfillment center, we have no control over how long it takes for the carrier to deliver to your shipping address and have the same visibility to the shipment status. If it is more than five days beyond the quoted timeframe, please reach out to us at help@bepositionless.com with your order number.

TRACKING STATES PACKAGE DELIVERED BUT WAS NOT RECEIVED:
We do not hold responsibility or issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your courier to locate your order.


Shipping Policy

All orders are processed between 5-7 business days from placing the order. Once your order has shipped, you can expect standard shipping times outlined below.

ORDER SHIPPED BUT TRACKING LINK DOES NOT WORK:
Once your order ships, please keep in mind it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update with your current order status.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We currently offer standard shipping to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping time for orders is 3-5 business days once the order has been shipped. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders will not be delivered on holidays.

LOST ORDERS OR ORDERS STILL IN TRANSIT:
Once orders have left our fulfillment center, we have no control over how long it takes for the carrier to deliver to your shipping address and have the same visibility to the shipment status. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ENTERED FOR ORDER:
If you've placed an order and realized you entered the incorrect shipping address, please email us at help@bepositionless.com with your order number and correct shipping address within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order ships before you realize the incorrect shipping address has been entered, we are unable intercept your package with the shipping carrier to the correct shipping address. Once shipped, we will not be able to refund your order. If your order gets shipped back to us due to incorrect address, we will re-ship it to you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by email at help@bepositionless.com or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
