Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy
All sales are final unless the merchandise is damaged or defective, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Customers must first request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by email within 7 days of receiving your order. The email can be sent to web@somethingspecialla.com
Please be sure to include in the email the product name as well as a brief description of the damage and a photo.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, a store credit will be applied to the customer's account that may be used for any future purchases. We do not issue credit card refunds.
All defective merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Returned merchandise without an RMA will be refused and no credit will be applied. The customer must pay for the reshipping of the return.
Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Canceling an order must be done over the phone with a salesperson. At that time, he or she will walk you through the cancellation process and close out your order.
Cancellation requests via email are also accepted but we strongly suggest calling, whenever possible, to assure your order is cancelled immediately to halt shipping.
Canceling an order before the product has shipped
Something Special LA does not charge a cancellation fee on orders closed prior to shipping.
Because we do not charge your account until the item is shipped, we will simply close out your order upon notification.
Canceling an order after the product has shipped
In the event an order is canceled after the package has already left the warehouse, the customer will be subject to reimburse Something Special LA for all fees incurred during the shipping and handling process. This will include the original shipping cost, the intercept fee from UPS, and treated as a returned item.
